Good hydro levels
Hydro storage levels ore very satisfactory at present, says the general manager of the Energy Ministry’s Electricity Division (Mr K. D. McCool). North Island storage rose from 85' to 89 pec cent last week and South Island storage declined marginally from 81 to 80 per cent The over-all level is 82 per cent of nominal full. . ;
“After recent .high 'lnflows, spilling is taking place at Manapouri and Roxburgh,” - Mr McCool said.
