PA Auckland A Papakura man is in Middlemore Hospital with serious head injuries after being attacked with a basebalFbat on Wednesday evening.
The police arrested a man and a woman in connection with the attack on John Patrick O’Connor, who is in a fair condition in hospital. They said the attack, in a Papakura house, arose from a domestic situation. The pair arrested face charges in the District Court at Papakura of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily
