At least - four .policemen and one demonstrator were injured in the'latest round of fighting which, began, in the centre of - the ; city on Saturday night and was still going on after raidnightThe police firing rubber bullets and ' dousing stonethrowing youths with highpressure water hoses made 110 arrests. The demonstrators built street barricades. Traffic was brought to a standstill around the main railway station as gangs of youths surged through the streets smashing shop windows. The fighting erupted when the police moved to. break up unauthorised demonstrations against the temporary shut-down of a controversial euth centre by city officials t Thursday. Officials said that the centre,, given to youth committees in June, after similar disturbances arid, looting, was being abused by criminals and drug pedlars. The city government on Saturday ordered the police to break up all illegal assemblies and indicated that no more demonstrations about the youth centre would be allowed. ? '
