Navy’s new P.R.O.
The Royal’’-New Zealand Navy has appointed Lieutenant Commander David Davies as its public relations officer.. . He will be based in Wellington, and replaces Lieutenant Roger Foley who has been posted to Singapore as the joint services’ public, relations officer for South-East Asia. Lieutenant Commander ;Davies : served in the Royal Navy for 21 years before joining the Royal New Zealand Navy eight years ago. Until recently he was the commanding officer of H.M.N.Z.S. Irirangi, • the naval and defence communications station at Waiouru.
