The Royal’’-New Zealand Navy has appointed Lieutenant Commander David Davies as its public relations officer.. . He will be based in Wellington, and replaces Lieutenant Roger Foley who has been posted to Singapore as the joint services’ public, relations officer for South-East Asia.
