PA New Plymouth In an exciting match which had the crowd on their toes at the Taumarunui domain yesterday the touring Fijian rugby side beat King Country, 3122. The. Fijians delighted the crowd of about 3000 by throwing the ball about from almost any position, arid always with someone backing up and ready to take the pass. ■'There were some spectacular Fijian moves, with reverse passes arid fingertip takes. Yet full credit must go to King Country defence, which was The most effective seen for a long . while.
