PA Tauranga Lisa Whitney, aged .14, oi Auckland,' leads the elite women’s grade at the national gymnastics championships, being held at Tauranga; Alter the compulsory sections had been contested. Miss Whitney held the narrowest of leads over two Otago gymnasts, Nadya Sokolov and Julie Knight, who were lying equal.
