Public Notices PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF A MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS LICENCE In the matter of the Motoi Vehicle Dealers Act 1975 TAKE notice that WARNER CHARLES COLLINS of 156 Ferry Road, Christchurch, trading under the name oi style of Collins Auto Sales, has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for approval to remove Motoi Vehicle Dealers Licence No, 967 issued on the 23rd day of September, 1976, from premises situated at 156 Ferry Road, Christchurch, to premises situated at 93 Manchester Street, Christchurch, with a view to conducting business as a motor vehicle dealer pursuant to the licence at the last mentioned premises. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from the 21st day of August. 1980, being the date of first publication of this notice.
