A.A. councillors
The six retiring councillors, from. the Automobile Association (Canterbury) will be declared re-elected. Theirs were the only, nominations received for the vacancies. Nominations closed on Monday. The councillors, who will be declared re-elected at the association’s annual meeting in October, are Messrs H. G. Hunt, A. I. R. Jamieson, J. R.
Mating, G. G. Turbott, P. Yeoman, and R. E. Wilton. The councillors. who will not retire this year are: Messrs R. A. Ayton, E. R. Casbolt,. T. D. Craig, L. -J. Menzies; H. M,'Meyers,, and T. W. Milliken. . -v A president and* vicepresident will be elected at the end. of the-annual meeting. These offices are heM J>y Messrs Turbott arid Ayton.
