NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery (hereinafter referred to as “the Trustees”) propose to apply for leave to bring into the General Assembly of NewZealand in Parliament, assembled during its present session, a Private Bill, the objects of which are to enable the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery to transfer the remains buried therein to another burial ground and then to sell the said Cemetery and apply the proceeds thereof in payments of costs and expenses in connection with promotion of the said Bill and the cost of transferring the remains as aforesaid and to apply any surplus for the benefit of the Methodist Church of New Zealand.
