News that the former Rangiora pacer Timely Robin (below) has arrived at his new home looking in “great order?’ comes from the Christchurch . horseman, Ivan Schwamm. Schwanun purchased Timely Robin from his Rangiora owners, .Mrs Margaret Vermeulen and her husband Morris, for a Canadian client, Mr Milton . Downey, early last month. Schwamm is currently in New Brunswick enjoying

the latter stages of a twomonth holiday, touring parts of the United States and Canada. Schwamm is having a close look at the racing scene there while on holiday arid is enthusiastic about it, saying racing there “is the best I have ever seen.” Scwhamm also, reports that Swingalong and Sail Again both won their first start. Also Bright and Breezy and Scottish Heath have won nine races each, in free-for-alls.
