Sir, — I wonder if Mr P. A. G. Howell’s fragile sensibility (July 29) is as damaged by the actions of the trout fisherman or the duck shooter, both of whom have laws to protect their sport so that a recognised recreational . pastime can be enjoyed.—Yours, etc., LAURIE COLLINS. July 29, 1980.
