The 98,000 tonne super-tanker Energy Concentration, lies on the bottom of Rotterdam Harbour in the Netherlands after breaking in half while discharging 200,000 tonnes of oil last Tuesday. The captain and the first mate have since been arrested by the Dutch police who are investigating reports that the ship was improperly loaded. The work of salvaging the ship continues.
