Strike strands passengers
PA Auckland Tasman air services of Air New Zealand and Qantas were thrown into chaos yesterday by a 24-hour strike by Australian radio officers. Air New Zealand said that all its flights yesterday to and from Australian destinations were fully booked. More than 1800 passengers were stranded on both sides of the Tasman by delays resulting from the setting back of services until today. The airline has delayed four Australian-bound flights from Auckland and Christchurch until today. They
