Contract to N.Z. firms
A . joint venture by two big New Zealand construction companies has been awarded a $2 million contract to build a wharf in the Marshall Islands. . Wilkins and Davies Construction Company, Ltd, and the overseas division of Fletcher Construction Company, Ltd, won. the job ahead of five other international contractors. The joint venture is to extend a wharf to serve interisland and international trade at Ebeye Island in the Kwajalein JUqU, for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands Government.
