Boardroom
Mr Carleton H. Perkins resigned from the board of directors of Canterbury Timber Products. Mr R. F. Bollen of New Plymouth, managing director of Ivon Watkins Dow, Ltd has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy. Because of f.e pressure of other business commitments M-r C. W. Mace has retired as a director of Bunting and Company, Ltd. It is not intended that the vacancy will be filled at this stage.
