PA Timaru The Wingatui apprentice K. W. Scott, was fined $7O for careless riding at Waimate on Saturday..
Scott, the rider of Pipaiyl in the Redcliff Handicap, was found to have allowed his mount to shift ground inwards and check Precious Mac .on to Cottage Gate with about 600 m to run.
