Transvision starts well
The new financial year has started well for Transvision Holdings, and the company .should continue to expand aggressively and profitably. The chairman (Mr H. J. Bayldon) says in an address prepared to be read at the annual meeting that high levels of television rental business are still being written by the company. He says that the rental television market remains highly competitive. but Transvision has not lost anything. ' •
He says that the increase to a 30 per cent shareholding in Cooks Wines by Transvision will prove a useful investment, because that company shoulld be able to expand at a greater rate than the wine industry generally.
