Waitikiri. with four and a half points from the possible five, has the lead in the Blank Cup and Templeton is setting the pace in the Simon Cup after five rounds In the inter-club golf championships. Tile remarkable feature of Templeton's lead in the Simon Cup Is that the team has won all five contests by 4j-3J margins in fact, the next four teams have accumulated more individual wins. ‘75 soldiers killed’ Angola has said that at least 15 South African solders were killed when its forces “routed” South African troops who staged a cross-border raid from Namibia (South-West Africa). The Angolan Defence Ministry said that on July 4 its forces retook the last position held by the South Africans who withdrew to Namibia. The South Africans had entered Angola a month ago. — Lisbon.
