GENERAL MANAGER The Position: The successful applicant will — * Be responsible to the Board for the total operation. * Co-ordinate the activities of managers controlling the manufacture of butter, casein, milk-powder and transport and retailing subsidiaries. * Advise Board on policies designed to maintain and expand a large and successful enterprise. i* * Be responsible for planning and organising multi-million dollar modernisation and expansion programmes. Qualifications: The person we seek must have — * Proven experience in senior executive positions. * A demonstrated ability to lead a loyal and capable team in a , community environment. Experience in dairy industry an advantage but not an absolute necessity. Professional accounting qualifications could be an advantage but the emphasis is on proven senior management experience and highly developed skills in understanding and working with people.
