Accountants admitted

Thirteen Christchurch accountants have been admitted to. the Society of Accountants as Associate Chartered Accountants.

They are.—Messrs T. H. Beeston, M. T. Berry, C. M. Fox, Mrs C. E. Brand, Messrs F. E. H. Ling, S. R. McLean, K. A. McLeish, B. T. Nicholls, W. J. Oram, G. D. Sleeman, P. W. Spinks, T. W. L. Tal-

hot, and Miss C. E. Tucker. A Nelson man. Mr M. .1. O'Dea, and Mrs J. B. Butterick, of South Canterbury, were also admitted.

Mr G. B. Murdoch, of Christchurch, has been issued with a Certificate of Public Practice, entitling him to offer accounting services to the public under the designation of ‘‘Chartered Accountant.”
