Dame Ngaio improves
Dame Ngaio Marsh is off the seriously ill list and improving steadily in Princess Margaret Hospital. The widely acclaimed writer and theatrical producer had been seriously ill since she was admitted to the hospital’s cardiac care unit on Saturday, June 7. She is 81. Dame Ngaio was in a comfortable condition, and was receiving - visitors, a hospital spokesman said yesterday. •
