Timber Production Manager to join their operations in Taupo. The Taupo mill, ' employing 185 people, operates a two shift system with a through-put of 120,000 cubic metres of timber per annum. The appointee will be responsible to the sawmill manager' fdr the efficient production planning, organising and controlling of the sawmill operation to ■achieve agreed budgeted targets. This will require the implementation of policies to ensure effective supervision, good labour relations,;; plus emphasis on analysing, recommending andintroducing improved methods of work to increase productivity and performance.
