Command in “$1M club”
Command Services Corporation, Ltd, joined the “million dollar club”, with a preliminary unaudited group net profit of $1,030,000 — a rise of about 24.6 per cent, in the year ended March 31. Taxation is estimated at $619,000, a decrease of about $18,221. The earning rate on paid capital has increased from 44.6 to 55.8 per cent, and the earning rate on total shareholders’ funds has risen from 28.5 to 31.2 per cent. A final dividend of 5c a share is recommended, payable on July 30; it makes a total of 9c a share, compared with 7c last year.
