Canvass for roll
( About 100 temporary employment workers might help the Christchurch City Council with its house-to-ho.use canvass to revise the district electoral roll .this winter. Postcards will be delivered on June 23 to all persons on the roll. That will be followed in early July with household circulars and enrolment forms with stamped and addressed return envelopes. Household canvass pilot schemes will be run in each [ward later in July, and, full [canvassing during August. | The city roll will close on 'September 12.
