Public Notices ff ELLESMERE COUNTV COUNCILPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Special Roll of Ratepayers in the Lincoln Water Supply Area is deposited for Public Inspection at the Council Offices, High Street, Leeston, and the Lincoln Post Office and will remain open for inspection until Wednesday, July 2, 1980. The Roll is prepared should a Poll be necessary to raise a Loan for the construction of a Pressurised Water Supply for the Lincoln township. The sum proposed to be borrowed is $380,000 for a term of 30 years. The rate of interest payable on such a loan is 13 per cent and it is proposed that repayments will be met by way of annual charges, payable by the Ratepayers within the water supply area. The security for the loan is a special rate of 0.3999 cents in the dollar on the rateable Capital Value of all property within the Lincoln Water Supply area. Any person whose name appears on the Roll may: (a) Object to his name being included in the Roll on the grounds that: (1) His property will not be benefited or will only be partially benefited by the expenditure of the proposed loan; -or (2) The property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the Roll; or (b) Object to any matter or thing contained in the Roll or to the omission of any matter or thing from the Roll. Notice In writing of the objection shall be forwarded to The Ellesmere County Council within seven days of the last day on which the Poll was deposited as aforesaid.
