NATURE OF WORK: Installation, repair, calibration, testing and commissioning of both pneumatic and electronic control equipment. Assistance to the Instrument Foreman in the supervision of Instrument Mechanics, apprentices and N.Z.C.E. cadets. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: We are seeking a person who has preferably served an apprenticeship and completed N.Z.C.E. Industrial Measurement and Control (or similar) with electrical or limited electrical qualification. They should be in the 25-40 year age bracket with several years of process control and optimisation including experience with pneumatics and electrical control logic. CONDITIONS: This is a permanent position and access to a subsidised pension scheme is available. Successful applicant will be expected to live in the Okato/Opunake area, where company transport is available to the plant. All costs of removal will be met by the company.
