Motor-cycle, car burnt
Fire destroyed a car and a motor-cycle in a garage between , two flats in Islay Place, Linwood, about 6.30 a.m. yesterday. The two garages in the block were severely damaged, but firemen were able to prevent the fire from spreading to the flats, which suffered only minor smoke and water damage. The fire is believed to have started in the car.
