Companies wound up
Trident Fire Systems (5.1.), Ltd, was ordered to be wound up by Mr Justice Cook in the High Court yesterday after Dick Carden Motors, Ltd, proved a debt of $155 for. petrol supplied to the company in September and October, 1979. The petition to wind up Trident Fire Systems was supported by George Henry Sealy, an electrician, who claimed a debt of $l9lO against the company and by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, who claimed a debt of $4168. Agricultural Building Contractors, Ltd, was wound up on the petition of Fletcher Timber, Ltd, which claimed that the company had not paid a debt of $2462 for building materials supplied between February and June, 1977.
Truck and Transport Sales, Ltd, was ordered to be wound up on the petition of Cable Price Corporation, Ltd, which claimed that the company had not paid $2014 for automotive supplies delivered to the company between December, 1978 and September, 1979. The petition was supported by Reliance Panel Repairs, Ltd, which claimed a debt of $1597 against the company. In each case the Official Assignee (Mr I. A. Hansen) was appointed the provisional, liquidator. , :
