Fatal fire arson
A nursing home fire that killed 20 people and left another 18 in hospital near Dijon, France was deliberately started the police have said. Investigators said the arsonist had set fire to a waste-basket, apparently to divert staff members while he started three other blazes in a dormitory building of the nursing home in Saint Jean-de-Losne, about 35 km southeast of Dijon. — Dijon.
