Wheat Bd member
Mr J. K. Ireland, of Ireland Group, Ltd, Christchurch, has been appointed to the Wheat Board for three years. Mr Ireland, whose family has been in the flour-milling industry for more than 100 years, has been chairman of the New Zealand Millers’ Association for the last four years and a committee member for 22 years. He is a member of the Wheat Research Committee and of the Canterbury branch committee of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
