The position involves setting up and running an operation that will include all facets of forestry. (2) Building Materials (a) Purchases (b) Wholesale (c) Retail (3) Finance (a) Cash Flow (b) Payroll (c) Budget QUALIFICATION: The position requires an experienced management person with a Civil Engineering qualification, with experience in construction work; costing and planning; ideally, the incumbent should be active, energetic and should be in the age range of 35-50 and has good knowledge of English. REMUNERATION: The salary is negotiable based on ability and experience. In addition, on the successful completion of the period of service, the successful applicant will be entitled for the following: (i) A gratuity of 20 per cent of the amount of basic salary drawn during the contract period excluding any period of approved leave. (ii) A Vacation leave calculated at the rate ot 3 days in respect of each completed month of service. Leave pay and leave passages are granted after a minimum tour of 3 years service. (iii) Free return economy an passages to me conutry of recruitment up to a maximum of three adult passages by the most direct route approved bv the Commodities Board. (iv) Pay the freight, baggage and personal effects up to a maximum of 300 cu ft by rail or sea in addition to the amount allowed on the passengers’ tickets from Tonga to the place of recruitment of the successful applicant.
