REMUNERATION: The salary is negotiable based on ability and experience. In addition, on the successful completion of the period of service, the successful applicant will be entitled for the following: (i) A gratuity of 20 per cent of the amount of basic salary drawn during the contract period excluding any period of approved leave. (ii) A Vacation leave calculated at the rate ot 3 days in respect of each completed month of service. Leave pay and leave passages are granted after a minimum tour of 3 years service.
