Ideally, the applicants will live in or around Christchurch as the work is concentrated in this area. Approximately 10 hours per week are involved for two months out of every three. Although the hours are flexible, the majority of the work is carried out in the evenings and week-ends. The position is unsuitable for, combining with a .-fulltime job, or any sales work. Experience in social or market research is useful, but not essential, as full training will be given at a 5 day course to be held in Christchurch between June 16 and 20 inclusive. You would need a driver’s licence and the unrestricted use of a car, for which Public Service mileage rates will be paid.
