-Public Notices ENVIRONMENTAL GRANTS 1980 AT THE REQUEST of the Minister for the Environment, the Environmental Council is seeking applications from environmental groups for financial assistance. Grants will be made by the Minister for approved projects which should be completed by March 31, 1981. Projects which will qualify for financial assistance, either wholly or in part, may include research, studies, surveys, displays and' the like. Grants will not be made to meet normal administration costs. Applications for grants, which should give a full description of the project, estimated total costs, timing and justification in terms of its value to the community, should be addressed to: The Environmental Council, P.O. CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH ANZAC DAY OBSERVANCE FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 1980 ALL CITIZENS of Christchurch are cordially invited to attend the Anzac Day Service to be held in the Christchurch Cathedral on Anzac Day, commencing at 10.30 a.m. Lieutenant Colonel E. V. Braggins will give the Anzac Day address and the music will be provided by the Band of the 2nd Battalion, the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment. This Anzac Day observance is being arranged by the Christchurch City Council, in conjunction with the Christchurch Returned Services Association.
