Man remanded on murder charges

PA Blenheim A man was remanded in the District Court at Blenheim yesterday afternoon to appear on May 14 for the taking of depositions on two charges of murder. Grenville Warren Boyles, aged 37, a shearer (Mr P. J. Radich), is charged with the

murder of Jane Sara Boyles and John McLeod Taylor at Hapuku, near Kaikoura, on or about February 29. Matthew Stephen Clark, a pathologist at the Nelson Hospital, gave depositions yesterday before Judge Headifen.- Mr Clark will be overseas in May.
