U.S. meat studies
Canterbury Frozen Meat Company is sending Mr J. J. Drayton, divisional manager (processing) on a five months’ visit to the United States to study American meat works management and business methods. ■
He will be going to Omaha, Nebraska, and finishing up in New York for two or three weeks lookat meat importing and wholesaling.
Mr Drayton will also be calling on customers of C.F.M. for by-products.
