A total of 1,430,345 shares was traded on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, including 571,300 special sales. The total was 380,390 more than on Tuesday. Industrial shares totalled 1,429,845 (1,803,735 on Tuesday), and 500 mining and oil shares were traded (7000 on Tuesday). A total of 155 issues was traded.
