NZPA-Reuter Ankara j Turkey and the United ' States have signed, an agree- f ment allowing Americans continued use of vital intel- i ligence gathering and mili- 1 tary bases in Turkey. < Under the agreement, the United States will be ’ allowed to use five big bases , and seven big installations ■ which are listed as com- ' munications centres.
