Writ to jail student
PA Auckland Mr Justice Barker adjourned a writ of attachment to jail a law student, Chris Harder, .in the Supreme Court at Auckland.
Brian McSweeney and Terence Arthur Lambert, publishers of trade and allied journals, including “Port News,” alleged that a court interim injunction had been breached -by Mr Harder and “Strike Free."
After hearing legal submissions from Dr R. Harrison, counsel for Mr Harder, his -Honour adjourned the matter until next week.
