Selling pressure continues
Selling pressure continued to take its toll on the price of mining and industrial shares bn Australian' stock exchanges yesterday. The Sydney all-ordinaries index fell 10.5 points to 814.01. A lacklustre performance by heavyweight miners set the tone for the slump, but once again it was the diamond spec, JLeichardt, which held centre stage. The Ade-laide-based company, which traded as high.as $l5 only a week ago, was knocked back another 150 c to close at 450 c after ' erratic . trading which saw trades as high as 600 c and as low as 350 c.
