JAYCEE... WHAT IS IT? It is a voluntary organisation, open to young men between the ages of *lB to 40. Jaycee provides a relaxed, friendly, enthusiastic environment in which any person regardless of background or maturity in life can learn new skills, and realise more fully their talents within, in short provides both personal development and service to the community. As with any organisation, it is very dependent on the support it receives from you and your neighbours. In a way we have a product to sell, and as any good businessman will tell you, people will not buy even the best product if they have not heard of it. Now! I am not referring to Jaycee fertiliser or diaries, excellent products though these are. But rather to what Jaycee has to offer you those who are interested in gaining more out of life, meeting more people both in and outside your local community, and making a contribution to the com spunity you live i . Jaycee today provides thousands of young people in "200" communities throughout New Zealand with practical training for tomorrow From this training will come tomorrow's leaders, who will have learnt about tolerance an fellowship, individual awareness and development, and service to community in which they live.
