BARNETT, Owen Phillip—On February 21, 1980, at Coromandel Hospital, loved husband of Rona, and loved father of Alan (Port Charles, Coromandel, formerly of Sumner), and dear brother of Bill Barnett (Takapuna), and Reena Thompson (Christchurch). BROOKS, Ernest, of 44 Van Asch Street, Sumner—On February 21, 1980, at The Princess Margaret Hospital, dearly loved husband of the late Ada Brooks, and devoted friend of Kathleen; in his 78th year. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St John Ambulance would be appreciated at the service. The Funeral service will be held in St Paul’s Union Parish Church, Nayland Street, Sumner, on Monday, February 25, at 10 a.m. and then to the Memorial Park Cemetery. John Rhind, LtdCARRUTHERS, Andrew, J. P. —On February 21, 1980 (suddenly), at his home, Nethertown, Middlemarch, dearly beloved husband of Betty Nimmo Carruthers and dearly loved father of Shona Rae Jennifer, John, Lindsay, Allison Kean. Drew, Phillipa and Nicola, loved father-in-law of Daniel and Rav, and loved grandfather of Megan; aged 56 years. The Funeral will leave the Middlemarch Presbyterian Church on Monday, February 25, after a service commencing at 2.30 pan.; for the Middlemarch Cemetery. R. Campbell and Son, Mosglel. ■
