The successful applicant will be answerable to the Senior Executive Training Officer for the overall management of the regional team of Agricultural Training Officers, as well as for the management of the Council's programme of identifying training needs and designing training programmes for the pastoral farming industry. This is a responsible and senior post with the Council and great weight will be placed on leadership and team building qualities. An Agricultural Science Degree and farm I management experience would be- preferred.
