The . successful applicant will be a member of the management executive and report to the General Manager. Initially the person will be responsible for the development of a sophisticated Inventory Control and Purchase Order System. At present a suitable software package is being sought throughout the world. An on-line system with a network of terminals linked to a main-frame is envisaged. The appointee will have responsibility for all EDP and manual systems and a broader company involvement in project developments and new ventures. Therefore, the person can be assured of challenge and: scope for innovation and business judgement. The I location is in the Head Office, Auckland City. REQUIREMENTS: ' • A sound commercial background in a key management position. * • A good appreciation of computer applications from a user point of view.
