PA Auckland The police launch Deodar averted a boating mishap at Auckland when it stopped a dangerously overloaded boat near the harbour bridge. The three-metre runabout had 12 people on board, including an 18-month-old baby, and was towing another boat with four people aboard. , The group was heading out from Westhaven into the harbour when it was stopped by the Deodar.
