couple were introduced by their host to the couple sitting at the next table. He told them that their din i n g-room neighbours were celebrating their wedding anniversary, too. It did not take long for the two couples to learn that they had both been married on the same day, at exactly the same time, in 1965. and at churches that were only 'a mile apart. Amid much laughter at such a coincidental meeting, the two couples introduced themselves by name. Even their names were similar — Michael and Ann, and Michaeßand
Mary-Ann. The Michael at the other table leapt to his feet and said: “I’ve been waiting to meet you two for 14 years! I’ve got a telegram addressed to you that was sent to our wedding by mistake all those years ago.” tnieriean values?
