HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that he has applied to the Magistrate’s Court at Christchurch for a licence under the Auctioneers Act 1928 to carry on business as an auctioneer from 137 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch and that the application will be heard at the above Court after one month from the date of the first publication of this notice. H 6 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL STOPPING OF PORTIONS OF ANNEX AND WIGRAM ROADS IT is hereby publicly notified that pursuant to Section 342 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act, 1974, the Christchurch City Council proposes to stop those portions of Annex and Wlgram Roads described in the Schedules hereto. FIRST SCHEDULE ALL that portion of land containing 1415 SQUARE METERS or thereabouts shown marked **E” an Survey Office Plan 13290. This refers to that portion on the western side of Annex Road 10.06 metres in width commencing 252.58 metres south of Wigram Road and continuing southwards for a distance of 140.83 metres. SECOND SCHEDULE ALL that portion of land containing 1274 SQUARE METRES or thereabouts shown marked "B" on Survey Office Plan 13290. This refers to that portion on the south side of Wigram Road 10.06 metres Ln width commencing 530.38 metres west of Annex Road and continuing westwards for a distance of 127.71 metres. The abovementioned plan may be inspected during normal office hours at the Housing and Property Division of the Department of City Administration, 194 Manchester Street, Christchurch.
