H.A.R.T. head changes
PA Wellington Mr Trevor Richards’s successor in the national office of the Halt All Racist Tours j movement, _ Ms Pauline McKay, has taken up hetnew post in Wellington. Mr Richards is giving up his full-time job with H.A.R.T., though remaining chairman, and Ms McKay has taken on the new post of national organiser. I She will not do all the I work that Mr Richards has done for H.A.R.T. for tne last 10 years. ‘‘There will be certain things he will still deal with,” she said. “1 think he will still deal with some of ■ the international work, though I will have to learn it. "I think for the next six months or so my main task will be reorganising the movement at home in the campaign against the 1981 < tour (the South African rugby tour).” H.A.R.T. plans a “consolidation and rebuilding” of the movement between now and April.
