Further remand
I A man charged with assaulting a girl in a guest's ;room in Warners Hotel at 1 a.m. on August 24 wu further remanded to January 29 for completion of the | hearing when he appeared before Mr P. J. McAloon, I S.M., in the Magistrate’s I Court yesterday. . The defendant, Chris Nick Sarchett, aged 30, a driver j(Mr D. C. Fitzgibbon) has i pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting Sandra Judith Thompson in her hotel room. ! The hearing opened last week, but xvas adjourned to yesterday after five of the I six prosecution witnesses ;had given evidence.
