ing and is expected to spread rain to Fjordland and western Southland. It will probably bring rain to other western and southern South Island areas tomorrow and ahead of it increasing northwesterlies are expected over the South Island. Centre forecasts: Christchurch, Ashburton/ Timaru: fine. Nelson, Blenheim: fine. Greymouth, Hokitika: fair. .Westport: fine.
