four prosecution witnesses had been admitted by consent bv the defendant’s counsel (Mr S. C. Barker), Messrs M. B. Hayes and R. C. Holland, Justices of the Peace, found there was a case to answer to the charge. They remanded the defendant in custody pending his trial, on a date to be fixed. Mr Barker made no submissions and reserved his defence.
